Crowned Essence was born out of frustration. As a hairstylist in the UK, I watched too many of my clients invest in bundles that shed, matted or died within weeks. So I packed up and moved to Asia to find out what good raw hair actually looked like — and where it came from.

I now work directly with our partner factories in Vietnam, Cambodia and India. I visit them in person. I see the donors. I oversee the wefting, the bleaching and the packing. There are no middlemen, no mystery vendors, no shortcuts.
