For a full sew-in, most clients need 3 bundles for 12–18", 4 bundles for 20–24", and 4–5 bundles plus a closure or frontal for anything longer.
UK, Europe and USA delivery is estimated at 2–3 working days after dispatch. Made-to-order wigs, custom colour and manufactured extension products require approximately 5–7 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays, and customs clearance may cause delays.
Crowned Essence is a UK brand and orders are dispatched from Asia. We currently advertise delivery to the UK, Europe and USA. Shopify shows the available destinations and calculates paid shipping at checkout. Free shipping starts at £300 for these regions. Orders outside the UK may incur duties or import taxes payable by the customer.

No. Every wig is a custom unit, made to your specifications for cap construction, density, lace type, and colour. Because each wig is uniquely crafted for you and cannot be resold, all wig orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Unopened, untampered bundles can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Wigs and custom-coloured hair are final sale. Installed or altered hair is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Yes. Returns are sent internationally to our warehouse in China, Vietnam, or India, depending on where your order was shipped from. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs, duty, or import charges incurred upon its return. These charges are determined by the courier and customs authorities and cannot be confirmed in advance.
