Crowned Essence is a UK brand. Orders are dispatched from Asia to the destinations available at Shopify checkout.
Free shipping starts at £300 for the UK, Europe and USA. Shopify calculates paid shipping at checkout from your delivery address and order details.
Made-to-order wigs, custom colour and manufactured extension products require approximately 5–7 working days for production before dispatch. Delivery time begins after dispatch.
Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance may cause delays.
Tracked orders receive a dispatch email with a tracking link once the parcel leaves our fulfilment location in Asia.
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. Customs clearance may delay delivery.
