Trade pricing FAQ.

Yes. Our public trade preview at /trade/shop-preview shows the full catalogue with live trade prices applied (25% off retail). The cart is disabled in preview mode so you can browse before you apply.

The preview is a read-only version of the trade catalogue. The live trade shop at /trade/shop lets approved stockists add items to a trade cart and request a Shopify invoice.

Only approved trade accounts can access the live trade shop. If you have not applied yet, create an account at /trade/signup and tell us about your business. We review every application within 48 hours.

Until your application is approved, your account will be redirected to a pending status page. You will receive an email once your application has been reviewed.

Trade accounts are intended for one business. Please do not share login details. If colleagues need access, contact us and we can discuss multi-user arrangements.

Every trade price is the retail price minus 25%. For example, a product that retails at £100 is offered to approved stockists at £75.00. Prices are rounded to two decimal places and displayed next to the struck-through retail price.

The same percentage discount applies across the trade catalogue. Custom bundles, private-label packaging and high-volume commitments may qualify for additional terms — contact our wholesale team to discuss.

Prices shown in the trade shop are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Your Shopify invoice will include any applicable VAT and a clear breakdown before payment.

Yes. The first and every trade order has a minimum subtotal of £250 (after the trade discount). The trade cart will show your progress towards the minimum as you add items.

We do not take payment directly through the trade shop. When you are ready, you request an invoice and we generate a Shopify Draft Order. A secure payment link is emailed to you, and you can pay by card or the methods shown on the invoice.

Draft orders can usually be updated before payment. Once an invoice has been paid, the order moves into production and changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend anything.

Delivery is calculated on the Shopify invoice based on your location and order size. We offer free UK and international delivery on retail orders over £300; trade orders may have separate delivery terms which will be shown on your invoice.
