14-day return window

Unopened, untampered bundles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The hair must arrive back in its original packaging with all hygiene seals intact.

What we can't accept

• Bundles, closures or frontals that have been installed, washed, dyed, bleached or altered in any way.
• Items returned after the 14-day window.
• Items without the original packaging or hygiene seal.

Faulty or damaged hair

If something arrives faulty, email hello@crownedessence.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

How to start a return

Email hello@crownedessence.uk with your order number. We'll send your return address and instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
