Bespoke colour

Every custom-coloured piece is hand-finished to your exact specification and cannot be resold. For this reason, bespoke colour orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

14-day return window

All other pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, untouched, and in their original packaging with hygiene seals intact.

What we cannot accept

• Bundles, closures, or frontals that have been installed, washed, chemically treated, cut, or altered in any way.
• Bespoke custom-coloured pieces, which are made to order.
• Returns received after the 14-day window.
• Items missing original packaging or hygiene seals.

Faulty or damaged pieces

Should your order arrive below our exacting standards, please contact us at hello@crownedessence.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or a full refund of the product value.

Return shipping & duties

As we ship from Asia, return postage and any applicable import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the sender and cannot be reimbursed.
