Raw hair is an investment. Here's how we keep ours looking salon-fresh, install after install.

Caring for raw hair
  1. 01

    Co-wash gently

    Use a sulphate-free conditioner every 7–10 wears. Massage in downward strokes — never rough up the cuticle.

  2. 02

    Hydrate weekly

    A leave-in or light hair oil through the mid-lengths and ends locks in moisture and keeps strands soft.

  3. 03

    Air-dry where possible

    Squeeze excess water with a microfibre towel and let bundles air-dry on a stand. Diffuse on cool if needed.

  4. 04

    Protect at night

    Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet to prevent friction, frizz and breakage.

  5. 05

    Heat with intention

    Always use a heat protectant. Keep tools under 180°C / 360°F to preserve the raw cuticle.

  6. 06

    Re-tone, don't re-bleach

    Our 613 hair is already pre-lifted. Re-toning is gentler on the strand than repeated bleaching.
