For this reason all custom-coloured pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, even if unopened. All other pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and untampered. Returns are sent internationally to our warehouse in China, Vietnam or India, depending on where your order shipped from. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs, duty or import charges.
