Crowned Essence is a UK brand and orders are dispatched from Asia. UK, Europe and USA delivery is estimated at 2–3 working days after dispatch. Free shipping starts at £300; paid shipping is calculated by Shopify at checkout. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs clearance may cause delays.

Returns

Custom-coloured hair is hand-finished to your exact specification and cannot be resold. For this reason all custom-coloured pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, even if unopened. All other pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and untampered. Returns are sent internationally to our warehouse in China, Vietnam or India, depending on where your order shipped from. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs, duty or import charges.

Hair care

Co-wash with a sulphate-free conditioner every 7–10 wears. Air-dry where possible. Sleep in a silk bonnet. Apply a light leave-in to lock in moisture. Avoid daily heat — when styling, always use a heat protectant under 180°C.
