Unopened, untampered bundles can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Installed, dyed or altered hair is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Returns are sent internationally to our warehouse in China, Vietnam or India, depending on where your order shipped from. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any customs, duty or import charges incurred upon its return.
